For orders outside Canada, please contact us before ordering.

All orders are roasted and packed in small batches.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow it every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order numbher and photos (if applicable). We'll review your request and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
